



Is it possible? Can we grow and preserve enough food for our family of 4 on our 10 acre farm? We will see.

We made a delicious corn chowder today, using sweetcorn and potatoes from our garden and leftover Christmas ham. Looking forward to 2012, since we are planning on adding a couple of pigs to our farm, when I make soups next year even the ham will be homegrown.
